Just finished posting this in response to the same question on the 
Seawolf list. ;)

One way that's pretty simple:
http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/rpms/xf86ttfontool-0.1-6.i386.rpm
download it and run:
rpm -ivh xf86ttfontool-0.1-6.i386.rpm
then run the script:
/usr/X11R6/bin/fetchmsttfonts
It will download, install and configure the fontserver for Microsoft true
type web fonts. You can then select those fonts from within your desktop
configuration.
