Hi, I want to switch to fvwm2 from kde. My machine just doesn't have the ponies to run kde very well. I created a ~/.xinitrc with two lines:
#!/bin/sh exec fvwm2 It's still logging in to kde. I restarted X. The machine boots into the kdm login screen. I choose "default" from the login menu in the login window, thinking that I should be logging in to the window manager specified by ~/.xinitrc. But it's still giving me kde. How do I get fvwm2?
