Absolutely agree with that sentiment. Except, it's not always the fault
of the email client. Sometimes it's caused by an active effort made by
the sender to include it in every email sent.

Those folks doing that, and those that autorespond to mailing lists when
they go on vacation, should be banned from the internet. Once could be a
mistake. Twice stupidity. More than that should be punishable by death
or sterilization, since those acts aren't quite enough to compete for
the Darwin award.
