I got the same problem on 3 serveraid/ibm/redhat machines. 2 of them are
redhat7.1 and 1 is redhat7.2
The problems seems related to the last kernel update in these machine,
exactly:
redhat 7.1: from 2.4.2-2smp to 2.4.9-12smp
redhat 7.2: from 2.4.7-10smp to 2.4.9-13smp
We've got many table corruptions on all the servers in the days after the
updates.
We downgraded today to the previous kernels.
In kernel 2.4.9-12/13 redhat has applied the updated ips drivers patches by
IBM, so we "hope" the problem is in these patches!
To Thornton Prime: if you know of any test I can do to help all of us
solving the problem, those would be the welcomes.
