I'm having some problems with VNC. I have a full install of RH 7.2, so it installed VNCServer. VNC Server says it starts ok, but I can't connect and a grep for vncserver doesn't show it running. Is there a howto or doc that explains the new VNC Manager and how it's configured?
I also have Ximian desktop installed. I would like to uninstall it but I'm not sure how since it installed so much junk. All I really want is Evolution. Anyway, even though I've modified my /root/.vnc/xstartup to run 'exec startkde' , Ximian (gnome session) is still loading. How do I change this?
