STOP SHOUTING!  WE CAN HEAR YOU JUST FINE!

You probably need two floppies -- one created from pcmcia.img and 
another from pcmciadd.img.  Boot from the former, and insert the 
latter when prompted.  See the release notes for instructions on 
creating the disks.
