Go have a look at Obsequium:

It's a networked mp3 'jukebox' streamer.  Includes Perl scripts to
automate the rip -> lookup in CDDB -> catalog process.  Can be tricky
to set up, but it's worth the trouble.

I personally don't like the automatic CDDB pull, because there are too 
often inaccuracies that I want corrected before it's cataloged, but 
it's easy to modify the scripts for that.

I've been to busy to do anything with audio for the last 6 months, and
I'm sure it's evolved quite a bit.
