I would ask your ISP how long there leases are for? you might what to
ask them for a static IP address, but you might have to pay for it. I
have redhat 7.2 and my lease ends every 4 days, that when my lease is up
and my ISP assigns a new IP address. They do that because they don't
want you running a website from your DSL connection.

You need to get the latest rpm for rp-ppp from roaringpenguin.com . This

contains the adsl-setup binary. IIRC, the rpm that comes with 7.2 omits 
this.
