There weren't any, last time I went looking. It's not a very well documented application. All you need is a quick-and-dirty /etc/ntp.conf, which includes a server directive (the tier 2) and a driftfile location. If you're on a dialup which bounces occasionally, you can configure it to use the hardware clock as its master, and use ntpdate to sync up when you reconnect. And don't forget to allow 123 through the firewall for your clients.
