It would seem that some people have libcrypto.so.0.9.6 linked to
libcrypto.so.2. I am not sure why people would do this....but some do.

In my case, I did not need libcrypto.so.2 to install net-snmp because I used
the src and compiled myself, as opposed to using the RPM....I suggest that
you try this too.
