Hi!

In order to prevent ordinary users from shutting down the system, I 
performed
     rm -f /etc/security/console.apps/reboot
     rm -f /etc/security/console.apps/halt
     rm -f /etc/security/console.apps/poweroff
and modified /etc/inittab such that ctrl-alt-del is disabled,
as suggested by the RedHat customization guide.
This seems to work well, except for the graphical login screen, where 
still anyone can halt or reboot the machine from the system menu.
Is there a way to fix this?
