Yes they sold the rights to Samsung SDS. They are now producing their
own product based on Openmail. They are calling it Samsung Contact.
There isn't much information on the website yet. According to the
website the Samsung Contact server is available for download. The
website says the only thing required to download the server is to
register. I was going to look into using this for someone I know, but I
have not had the time.
