A properly-configured qmail system will deliver mail to any real user on 
your system. As long as they have a system account and a place for the 
mail to be written (e.g. a home directory or /var/spool/mail) you don't 
have to do anything specifically to qmail to enable mail delivery.

On the other hand, you can get creative and muck around with "virtual 
users," but you'll have to read various qmail resources to figure out how 
to do that properly. It is *not* necessary unless you're trying to do 
something unusual.
