sorry for that previous babble on up2date... there was indeed strange stuff afoot here... it seems that the up2date process that finally managed to update the server was actually started at:
Tue Apr 16 20:03:27 2002 (I'm assuming - as that's what all the most recent log entries were tagged as - though these were entered *after* some more recent entries from Wednesday afternoon) when for me it's now: Fri Apr 19 01:40:32 2002 may be 'cos this machine is so slow the process was hanging on some inter-dependency checks - but taking three whole days to complete an up2date process? really? anyway... up2date is my friend again... may be a slightly misunderstood friend - but it's looking out for me anyway! :) - dan. _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
