There should be 6 headers left: From, To, Date, Subject, MIME-Version, and Content-Type. The Date and Subject headers are optional, but if you deleted any of the other 4 headers, the message may not be processed properly by either sendmail or the recipient's mail client. If you want to send the message to a user on your machine, make the To address username@localhost. What you really need is access to a web server or ftp server.
