Get it from ftp://updates.redhat.com

Use GRUB or Lilo to make sure that the RPM kernel you installed works, and 
install your other kernel *in addition to* the RPM kernel, rather than 
*instead of* it. You can have multiple kernels on your system and boot into 
a different one each time.

I recommend GRUB.
