Hello,

I had until yesterday a great computer working with
WinXp on a primary partition and RedHat 7.3 on an
other partition, with a dual boot based on Grub.

But (don't ask me why), my computer suddenly didn't
want to boot anymore. So no problem, I put the windows
xp cd, I repair the system, and fix the mbr... The
point is, NtLoader got itself set into the mbr, and i
cannot use grub, so i cannot boot red hat anymore.

Plus, the red hat cd doesn't boot anything when I
enter "linux rescue" (I don't have any boot disk), and
if I launch the installation, just to see, disk druid
doesn't recognise my linux partition. Though, on
windows, Partition Magic does see it, and Explore2fs
even allows me to access the filesystem....

If I use a boot loader to boot my linux partition, i
get this message :
kernel panic : Cannot mount root filesystem.

Could someone please help me to solve this weird
problem ?

PS : Excuse my poor english, i'm a frenchie :)
