SANE gives a URL for ppscsi on: http://www.mostang.com/sane/man/sane-hp.5.html As for epst, I'd guess it's probably a kernel module and might already be installed on your system. Make sure you read all the information on the SANE pages (http://www.mostang.com). It might alse be installed on your system (sane-backends), so have a look at the man pages and the documentation in /usr/share/doc.
