I've only used Rdesktop a few times, but I remember either during setup, or
right in a config file, you can store the user ID and pw to connect to MSTS
with.

As far as creating an icon, if you're using GNOME or KDE, that should be
pretty straight forward.

Also, remember potential security issues with storing a name a password in
any file (other than /dev/brain).
