Depending on the boot loader, you will need to alter the command line with the word "single". If using lilo you should be able to do: boot: linux single -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=unsubscribe https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
