I see nothing really suspicious here except : 1) you have no "glcore" module ... I don`t think it could be the reason but... Mine (I have NV GeForce 256) is in /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a
2) the last line :-(... Like someone said you have to work with your X-server config (using Xconfigurator or just edit the file /etc/X11/XF86Config-4)... Make sure your card is supported by XFree NV driver (I don`t see Quatro4 in included logfile driver info ... ). Maybe try to visit http://www.XFree86.Org/ ??? That`s all I can say... maybe someone will give you better advice !
