Todd, I can't answer your question about the names, but wanted to bring up another possible issue that you may or may not be aware of.
Even though you can eject the drive you may not get Windows to boot up. Many PC's close the CD when they start to boot up if it is open. At least I find that Compaq hardware does that. Maybe it can be turned off in the BIOS, I'm not sure. Just an observation...
