My machine has problem while trying to login through
telnet. After analysis, I found /bin/login has 744
permission and 0 byte. I try to delete and change the
mod to 755. It is giving message:

[root@dbserver1 bin]# chmod 755 /bin/login
chmod: changing permissions of `login': Operation not
permitted
[root@dbserver1 bin]#
Now, how do I remove this file ??
