howdy I've seen this on two different machines - the KDE Panel gets stuck in some kind of weird state where it takes 5 seconds for any mouse click to take effect. Logging out and back in fixes the problem for a while.
Anyone else seen it? This is a custom install of RH8 (I picked most of the non-server packages), modified only in the X server it runs.
