There doesn't appear to be a kgcc in rh8.0
But looking /usr/bin I find i386-redhat-linux-gcc which appears to be a 
hard link
to /usr/bin/gcc and right next to it is a thing called i386-redhat-linux7-gcc.
Could this be linked and used as kgcc ??
