I need a little help to print to a printer on MS2000 I used linuxconf and created a printer called mis that is on a compute named jim. It is called JimsHP.
Printer type is SMB/windows User is defined and there is no password required User has full rights to the printer as defined on the 2000 box I entered the host name, (name on windows compute), the print name on the 2000 box and the ip address. Everything looks ok but when I try to print I get : lpr: connect: Connection refused jobs queued, but can not start deamon What might I have missed? Thanks Jim Baxter
