Your question (problem) with network
neighborhood not working across LAN's is MS Networking 101
(SMB) stuff, not routing.
First, read up on how to configure Samba.
Specifically, the WINS server component. Then, further reading should include
understanding the difference in MS netbios node types. Without this fundamental
understanding, implementing a WINS server (to resolve your network neighborhood
problem) will be meaningless.
