Another legal aspect of this sort of monitoring: Your liability may increase simply because you can't *ever* claim you didn't know something was happening. And if something ever slipped past the admin (and some things with big footprints might not necessarily jump out at you on first reading) you could be in trouble. I'd hate to be the admin that had to read all that.
