What kind of problems are you having? I have tried your example man -t rmdir | lpr -Plex3200 and it printed fine. The text is a little small, but the formatting looks correct. I did change the LANG argument in /etc/sysconfig/i18n to POSIX. Whether or not this helped I cannot say. I really didn't see any problems before I made the change. I made the change because of a posting in this listing about UTF-8/unicode problems.
