Hi,
Dec 14 I used xcdroast 0.98alpha10 to rip all 13 audio-tracks from an
audio-CD to /tmp.
When I tried to write them to a CD-RW the writing was unsuccessful after
a couple of tracks. (Unfortunately the output of xcdroast that I saved
seems pretty useless to me, but if someone wants to have a look at it
just let me know)
Today (Dec 15) I downloaded and installed the following rpms:
[root@localhost rpms]# rpm -Uvh cdrtools-cdda2wav-1.11a40-1.i386.rpm
[root@localhost rpms]# rpm -Uvh cdrtools-cdrecord-1.11a40-1.i386.rpm
[root@localhost rpms]# rpm -Uvh cdrtools-devel-1.11a40-1.i386.rpm
[root@localhost rpms]# rpm -Uvh cdrtools-mkisofs-1.11a40-1.i386.rpm
[root@localhost rpms]# rpm -Uvh xcdroast-0.98alpha11-1.i386.rpm
I renewed my setup and tried to write the audio-traks to the same CD-RW
(after blanking it).
I disabled the 'eject when done' function during blanking and again
during writing.
I closed xcdroast after the writing was done (which xcdroast reported to
be successful) but ever since I have been unable to exit the CD from the
cd-writer.
At first dmesg reported many lines like:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I apologise if I sent too much information and too little useful
information, I set xcdroast log-level to sparse but it really is too
sparse to be useful. All additional info I can give is the output of
both writing processes of xcdroast, but they seem identical to me (up to
the point where the first was unsuccessful and the second continued)
I'm running RH7.3 with Gnome 1.?, I keep most packages up-to-date with
Red Carpet but I installed the new xcdroast from rpms of the xdroast.org
website.
TIA
