Hi. I have a HP PhotoSmart P1000 printer connected to my Red Hat 8.0 and shared with my Windows XP machines via Samba.
In a local printing it's working fine, but when I try to print from a Windows host, I receive a message which says that the server doesn't have the correct driver installed. I downloaded form HP a file (ps306en1.exe) which contains the drivers needed for Windows, but the printer needs to be physically connected to the machine for proper install.
