Just did it with no problems. Here is my process:

1. Click on Message
2. Choose Create Filter From Message
3. This should be self explanatory. Give it a name and set your desired specs.
4. Make sure you have it checked as running.

To edit yoru filter:

1. Tools
2. Message filters
3. edit edit edit
