Just to clarify, that program is not a daemon.  It happens to live in
the directory /usr/lib/cups/daemon/ and is exec'ed by the cups daemon
when it needs to verify access is permitted to a given local printer.

I doubt that it would be confused for an accessibility program.  That
said, I have no problem with changing the name.
