I am looking at adding the single user mode switch to the initscripts. Basically if the admin sets a flag (SINGLEUSER)? in /etc/selinux/config and the initscripts discover /.autofsck, which indicates the system crashed. The script will break and run selogin giving the user a single user shell. After that shell exits, should the machine reboot or
continue the login process?
