I think it was used with OpenShift Online v2 accounts only before. You would need to escalate this to the Feedhenry team. I'm unclear of what 90 days trial they are referring to. I found an existing OpenShift Online Starter (free) account registered under the riksa.uhd...@gmail.com email address though (which is not limited to 90 days).
