I have recently set up a connection to the internet using ezppp on a friend's machine. The machine will dial and we can connect and start ppp. The problem is that when we start Netscape it does not seem to know that htere is a connection. It brings up the error "...... does not have a DNS entry" even when we try to connect to the ISP's home page. /etc/hosts has the entry for the server and so does resolv.config. I am no expert on connecting to the net using Linux, so may have forgotten something. Anyone have any ideas?
