Sean,

    The modules need to match the kernel version.  Look and see if you have a
/lib/modules/2.0.33 directory.   If not, then you need to rebuild your modules
to match the kernel.   RH distributed the 2.0.32 kernel and it required the
2.0.32 module rpm.   Theres a readme or a HOWTO on why modules need to match
the kernel version someplace (/usr/doc/HOWTO?)
