Turn print-part-of-statements functions into methods of raptor_term
(raptor_term_as_counted_string): Renamed from
raptor_statement_part_as_counted_string and just take term arg.
(raptor_term_as_string): Renamed from
raptor_statement_part_as_string and just take term arg.
Update callers to use new 1-arg convention.
