raptor_rdfxml_generate_statement() now takes raptor_term subject/
raptor_uri term.
(raptor_rdfxml_generate_statement): Use raptor_term fields.
(raptor_rdfxml_element_has_property_attributes,
raptor_rdfxml_start_element_grammar): Create static raptor_term
objects on stack for use in constructing parameter sets for
raptor_rdfxml_generate_statement. Several of these should be dynamic
and/or constructed once parser-wide.
