Adjust raptor_log_level to match log4j levels: add trace, debug, info.
raptor_log_level gains RAPTOR_LOG_LEVEL_TRACE, RAPTOR_LOG_LEVEL_DEBUG
and RAPTOR_LOG_LEVEL_INFO. Reordered to match severity from trace
level to fatal error. Add autodocs.
