Use rdf namespace raptor_terms to reduce raptor_term creations in parsers.
(raptor_ntriples_generate_statement): Tidy code, moving URI
construction to local blocks.
(raptor_rdfxml_generate_statement): Use concept terms for refiying
predicates and rdf:Statement class.
(raptor_rdfxml_start_element_grammar,
