Use raptor_term instead of URIs and 'fake' URIs
raptor_rss_group_map uses a raptor_term as identifier, not URI.
(raptor_free_group_map): Free term.
(raptor_rss_group_map_compare): Compare terms.
(raptor_rss10_get_group_item): Use terms in search.
(raptor_rss10_set_item_group): Use term to create a new gm.
(raptor_rss10_move_statements,
raptor_rss10_move_anonymous_statements,
raptor_rss10_store_statement): Replace URIs with terms from subject,
removing all fake_uri.
(raptor_rss10_serialize_statement, raptor_rss10_build_items): Use
item term for calling raptor_rss10_set_item_group
