Update raptor_avltree to us raptor_data_print_handler
typedef raptor_data_print_function: deleted
(raptor_new_abbrev_subject, raptor_avltree_set_print_handler): Use
raptor_data_print_handler* to replace raptor_data_print_function.
(raptor_print_abbrev_po): Swap args to match
raptor_data_print_handler calling convention.
