Use raptor_feature_area to split raptor_features_list area / value type.
raptor_features_list flags field is split into area and value_type.
Use raptor_features_list enum values in data.
(raptor_features_enumerate_common): Get features for an area.
(raptor_feature_value_type): Use VT_STRING define.
