Replace raptor_feature_get_areas with raptor_feature_is_valid_for_area
(raptor_feature_get_areas): Deleted.
(raptor_feature_is_valid_for_area): Added to check if a feature is
valid for a given area; this all the calls to
raptor_feature_get_areas() ever was used for.
