Add update reading methods to query class
(rasqal_query_get_update_operations_sequence): Added to get sequence
of updates.
(rasqal_query_get_update_operation): Added to get an operation from
sequence of updates.
rasqal_query_s gains updates sequence field.
(rasqal_free_query): Free updates sequence.
(rasqal_query_print): Print updates
