Added librdf_node_write() to write to iostream as ntriples and make
librdf_node_print() use it
(librdf_node_write); Added to write a redland node to an iostream,
formatted as N-Triples.
(librdf_node_print): Use above. If anyone was relying on this debug
format in scripts, this changes the result.
