(librdf_node_to_string, librdf_node_to_counted_string): Use
librdf_node_write
(librdf_node_to_string, librdf_node_to_counted_string): Alter these
to construct an iostream to a string and use librdf_node_write() to
create the strings. These functions are still for debugging and
deprecated.
