(librdf_query_rasqal_log_handler): Added for raptor2.

(librdf_query_rasqal_init): Set up raptor2 log handler, not error/warning
handlers.
(librdf_init_raptor,librdf_raptor_log_handler,librdf_raptor_fatal_error_handler,librdf_raptor_error_handler,librdf_raptor_warning_handler):
Added log_handler for raptor2. Replaces old fatal/error/warning handlers.
