Accept ( Expr AS Var ) with required braces in select and group by
(SelectTerm): SelectExpression does not include ()s
(SelectExpression): Remove optional ()s
(GroupCondition): Accept ( Expr AS Var ) and store expression in var
field expression. Not totally a good idea, should be a new rename
expression probably.
